The AOBTA Retail Committee is responsible for finding and ordering high-quality, reasonably priced, eco-friendly, practical items for our members and supporters to purchase and use. Promotion of AOBTA through logo items is an area that has growth potential. We have had a retail booth at every convention; we sell items on our website.
The committee chair reports formally to the board twice a year and stays in touch other times as needed. The committee lays out a work plan for the future and makes proposals to the board, then fulfills the approved proposals. The retail committee orders items that the membership committee request for member freebies. We run the retail booth at our national conventions and other venues.
