PROFESSIONAL Level Membership

• Certified Practitioner, AOBTA®-CP
• Certified Instructor, AOBTA®-CI
• Registered Instructor, AOBTA®-RI
• Council of Schools and Programs, AOBTA®-COSP

NON-PROFESSIONAL Level memberships

• Associate Member, AOBTA®-Associate
• Student Member, AOBTA®-Student

NON-PRACTITIONER Level Memberships

• Supporting Member
• Professional Organization Member

Please note that you may also need the 150 hour transcript form, or 500 hour transcript form. Send the signed forms with check to: AOBTA®, 1010 Haddonfield-Berlin Rd., Suite # 408, Voorhees, NJ 08043.

If you need help in locating a Certified Instructor in your area please contact office@aobta.org for a list of names.
